New Binary Beer: Beyond Reason Double IPA

Beyond Reason DIPA.jpg

As you race down the digital Kalifornia coast line, you check your side mirror of your neon light-bike to see the same hot pink pixelated Ferrari has been following you the last gigabyte, you question free will. The choice is binary and reason points to driving on.

NW Hops drive this balanced, but strong Double IPA.  Notes of stone-fruit and pineapple settle into slight bitterness of the Simcoe and Centennial hops.

Kenwood Zinfandel - CA -

Aromas of ripe plum, dark berries, white pepper, chocolate, and a touch of anis. Flavors of bright berries with rich tannins and a long lovely finish.

Wither Hills Sauvignon Blanc - NZ -

Vibrant ripe citrus notes, crunchy greens and hints of tropical guava on the nose with flavors of juicy layered fruit, with a salty textural acidity, vibrant citrus, and a dry finish.

Dark Horse Rosé - CA -

Raspberry-scented and crisp with strawberry, melon, acacia, and jasmine flavors. Delightfully refreshing with a steely, fruity finish.
