Duality Brewing started as a DIY nano operation, Mike Lockwood hand packaging tiny batches out of a shipping container and self distributing to local spots around Portland. Co-owner Alyssa LeCompte built the look and together they built a cult following before opening their Kerns neighborhood taproom in 2023.

The beer matches the story. Expect market fresh produce and herbs, oak fermented Hefeweizen with Chardonnay juice, pale ales blended with shiro plum wine, complex saisons, and barrel aged imperial stouts. Nothing ordinary, nothing boring.
